This lovely and modern guest room is located in a super safe and quiet neighborhood in Sacramento. It’s ideal for travel medical professionals, businessmen, students or anyone looking to stay just minutes away from the airport, downtown, local shopping centers, grocery stores, and nice restaurants with tons of eating options nearby. Sutter Hospital, UC Davis Medical Center, Kaiser South Sac, Kaiser Roseville, Kaiser Morse, Sacramento State University and Golden One Center are only 15-20 minutes away!
Full access to your private guest room with keypad code lock to ensure your own privacy and protection. Guest will have access to shared living space, shared bathroom and dining area. There will be designated refrigerator space for each guest. Free in house washer and dryer is provide at no cost. You will also have access to the club gym and pool just right down the street. Driveway parking or street parking is allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.
